This notice explains how Usual, a Synco product, uses details submitted through this website’s card-preview form. Contact us at hello@usualcards.com.

What you send us

We save your business name, email, any website or profile you choose to share, your language and the page you requested a preview from, together with the date of the request.

How we use it

We use these details to prepare and respond to your request and discuss getting your card set up. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We process the details to handle the enquiry you ask us to respond to; we do not sell them.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the private Usual service database. The request inbox requires authentication. We keep details to prepare and follow up on your request; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies and technical logs

This website uses necessary cookies to protect the form and show confirmation of a received request; they expire after one hour. It does not include advertising cookies or marketing tracking tools. The server may keep technical request logs to operate and protect the service.

Your details and your rights

To ask for access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details, email hello@usualcards.com. You can raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Business loyalty cards

This notice covers public website enquiries. If you hold a loyalty card, contact the business you joined or visit our cardholder help page.
